Return and Cancellation Policy
Here at Ashley J, we strive for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, if you’re not we will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The return must follow within our guidelines! If you purchase from our pop up shops we can refund you if you follow guidelines below!
1. If you’re returning an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for returning.
2. Please send your returns to Ashley J at 9831 s 51st ste: e128, tempe arizona 85284.
3. We must have received your return within 14 days of when your order was delivered/ purchased.
4. Any returns after that period will be denied.
5. Returns must be: unworn, scent free, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
6. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, unfortunately we do not have return labels at this time.
7. We recommend shipping with a carrier with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages!
8. An email with your store credit will be sent to you after we review and approve your return!
9. No exceptions.
Unfortunately we cannot do exchanges because we can’t guarantee an item will be available size/style/color that is requested when the item is returned. We will gladly provide you with store credit!
We are unable to cancel orders for money back, as we work very fast to get them out to you babes, but please contact us email@example.com as soon as possible before it’s shipped out and we can give you store credit for your purchase! If you received a conformation email we can’t guarantee your request will be fulfilled!
